Why use Commercial Conversion as an investment strategy?

It takes similar time & effort to do a deal but better profit. Would you like to do 10 BTL OR 2 Commercial conversions?
Big projects give big money and that have less competition comparatively.
Another reason is Section 24of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2015 does not apply to commercial property. After the new rule change, it’s ideal to invest in commercial deals.

Now you may be thinking that it’s not easy.
